Personalized Chef’s Tasting Menu
Chef's tasting menus are a wonderful experience, but L'Auberge Restaurant
on Oak Creek makes it even more special with its Customizable Chef's Tasting
Menu. Executive Chef David Schmidt works with guests to prepare a personalized
tasting menu created with each guest's preferences and dietary requirements
in mind. Each course is then carefully paired with one of the restaurant’s
more than 1,000 wine selections to truly enhance the flavors of each dish.
The talented L'Auberge Restaurant culinary staff specializes in the cuisines
of France, Italy, Spain and Greece. The restaurant requests 48 hours notice
to best accommodate your preferences and create a menu that will delight
the palate and exceed your expectations. The Customizable Chef's Tasting
Menu is comprised of at least five courses.

garden is in full bloom and a lighter, healthy cuisine is featured on
the menu.
In autumn, the seasonal vegetables abound as the chill in the air creates
an increased appetite for the bounty of the harvest.
