Tai Chi for Enlightenment

Learn the life-changing Chinese Primordial Tai Chi form (also called “Tai Chi for Enlightenment”), a gentle flow of movements done standing up.

Breathing and stretching exercises will precede the Tai Chi. No prior experience is needed.
