Brats, Ribs, Steaks Sizzle for Father's Day Celebration

SEDONA, Ariz. - March 29, 2008 - If it's true that "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach," why not honor dad this year by treating him to a hearty Father's Day Brunch at L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek? On June 15, 2008, the award-winning restaurant will be transformed into the ultimate "guys' lounge," featuring food, family, fun and a spread fit for a king hot off the grill.

The Father's Day Brunch menu (in addition to the hotel's Sunday Champagne Brunch menu), will offer such "manly" dishes as "Chef David's Wisconsin Brats," Sam's Parmesan Meatballs, Grilled New York Strip Steak, and White Marble Farms Barbequed Pork Ribs. The sumptuous menu will be enhanced with a Beer and Margarita Bar, featuring draft beer from the local Oak Creek Brewery, among other brews. Delectable desserts include crispy apple cobbler, vanilla root beer floats, chocolate chip cookie-ice cream sandwiches and much more. As a parting gentlemanly gesture, a complimentary cigar will be offered to departing dads.

Father's Day Brunch: Sunday, June 15, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The price is $60 adults and $25 children (ages 12 and under.) Seating is limited and reservations are recommended.
