Guest services were wonderful…very efficient…all staff on premises, very friendly…Please give an ‘ATTA BOY’ to especially Matthew at CreekSide Dining and Brunch.  So personable, pleasant, smiling, just great.  I was visiting as the mother of the groom, he even congratulated me the morning after at the brunch.  Also give an ‘ATTA BOY’ to the young gentleman who was the host for the reception after the wedding..made sure all
guests were warm, etc.  The brunch on Sunday was phenomenal!!!  I would love to have the secret recipe for the ravioli and the French toast….the best!!

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for the second time this year.  The property, staff and service was as fantastic as the first time.  It is pricey, but worth every penny when celebrating a special event.  The location is beautiful and the accommodations are quite special.

This is an extraordinary hotel in Sedona. Our room with its private deck looked across to the Red Rocks which changed in color as the day moved into night. Our room had a separate living space, fireplace plus bedroom and spacious bath. The bath had two showers—one inside and one outside. We enjoyed drinks each evening on our deck watching the sunset and then walking down to the restaurant where the scenery changed to a fairyland of lights and the sound of a babbling brook—Oak Creek. It was truly magical and lovely romantic. The food and service was excellent. Would definitely come back here.
