Sedona Dining Recommendations
With so many fabulous Sedona restaurants, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. Our concierge put together a list of some of the best Sedona restaurants that we recommend to our guests.
Named “One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest” by Condé Nast Traveler, L’Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek showcases French cuisine with a modern American approach, and boasts the area’s most extensive wine program. Indulge and imbibe among the natural forested beauty of Sedona, under a canopy of cottonwood and sycamore trees alongside the flowing creek. Incredibly romantic, thoroughly magical.
Etch, L’Auberge’s new restaurant, is the idyllic place to enjoy artistic yet approachable food and drinks, situated beneath a canopy of towering sycamores, along the banks of Oak Creek. Featuring menu items such as steamed mussels, mac n’ cheese and the L’Auberge burger, Etch offers an abundance of food and drink items in a unparalleled setting.
The all-new 89Agave is an outstanding Sedona Mexican restaurant with a fun, casual vibe, located in the heart of Uptown Sedona. Open for lunch and dinner, enjoy authentic Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine, cooked simply, with the freshest of seasonal ingredients and served to you on our vibrant street-side patio or our Mexican art-inspired dining room. 89Agave also features an expansive copper-topped bar and an extensive selection of specialty tequilas, signature drinks and handcrafted margaritas, including over 60+ specialty tequilas.
Executive Chef and owner Lisa Dahl’s latest venture featuring her favorite recipes from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. For years Lisa has insisted on all organic vegetables from Arizona and has a strong locavore focus. Great views and L’Auberge offers complimentary transportation.
Dahl and Di Luca honors a true “Farm to Table” practice. They pride themselves in using Organic products and are devoted to the health and safety of their patrons – only using Local USDA Certified Growers. The resulting flavors are vibrant and delicious. Within the first year of opening, in 1995, Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano, the food critic of the Phoenix New Times stated, “Sedona’s red rocks knock you out during the day… look for Dahl & Di Luca to knock you out after the sun goes down!”
Che-ah-Chi is the signature restaurant at Enchantment Resort, serving contemporary American cuisine with a hint of Southwest influence and a focus on Arizona-sourced ingredients. Dine on a large deck or in the restaurant with walls of glass that look out on the Red Rocks of Boynton Canyon – a great spot to catch the sunset. About a 20 minute drive from L’Auberge.
Elote Cafe, serves the cuisine of Mexico culled from over 15 years of travels through Mexico by chef Jeff Smedstad. Elote Cafe features local products such as wines from Page Springs Winery, Black Mesa Goat cheese and Sedona/Verde Valley area produce.
Nestled below “Thunder Mountain” in West Sedona lies Heartland Cafe. With an eclectic menu of gourmet foods blended perfectly with seasonal (local and organic when available) produce, they serve up meals that are both healthy and delicious.
