Vinyasa Vortex (Intermediate to Advanced) Stretch and strengthen with this invigorating and rejuvenating, breath and movement oriented Yoga session! Reconnect to your body, mind, and breath, then release into a bliss-filled relaxation. Some previous Yoga experience recommended, but not required.
Customized Meditation (Novice to Advanced) Enhance your current practice or learn new methods to promote relaxation and well being. Methods include guiding imagery, pranayama and sound healing.
Forest Bathing (Novice to Advanced)
Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku simply means to take a walk in the forest. Let us take you on a gentle, guided walk along Oak Creek that will support well-being through sensory immersion in our naturally healing environments. This private guided session will give you a deeper awareness into your senses and into your existing relationship with nature. Your session will include a journal in which you may record your experiences, thoughts and emotions. Dress appropriately for weather with comfortable clothing and shoes.
