Vinyasa Vortex (Intermediate to Advanced) Stretch and strengthen with this invigorating and rejuvenating, breath and movement oriented Yoga session! Reconnect to your body, mind, and breath, then release into a bliss-filled relaxation. Some previous Yoga experience recommended, but not required.
Customized Meditation (Novice to Advanced) Enhance your current practice or learn new methods to promote relaxation and well being. Methods include guiding imagery, pranayama and sound healing.
Connecting with Nature (Novice to Advanced)
This private session is led by a certified “Shinrin-Yoku” facilitator. Your facilitator will provide you with a personalized sensory immersion which will give you a deeper awareness of nature through your senses. Shinrin-Yoku (translated as “Forest Bathing”) is a practice established and researched in Japan which has been proven to provide numerous health benefits. Your session will include an eco- journal in which you may record your experiences, thoughts and emotions. Dress appropriately for weather with comfortable clothing and shoes.
