Father’s Day Brunch

Every Sunday, Etch Kitchen & Bar hosts a full Sunday Brunch. It has become a tradition in itself, but to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday June 17, Chef Franck Desplechin will enhance the menu with “fatherly” offerings. Join us creekside as we celebrate Fathers and all they do to impact our lives. Dads are the guys that aren’t always given enough credit, but we all know a dad that has worked hard to guide, mold, tease, play, encourage and so much more for his kids.
Each week, you will find the Etch Sunday brunch set with a Hot Action Station, Omelet Station, Carving Station, Breakfast Fare, Salads, Cold Seafood, Savory Hot Entrées, and a Dessert Station. For Father’s Day, the following items will enhance the menu and surely please the dads in your life.
Desserts:
Candied Bacon
Root Beer Float Parfait
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
Banana Whoopie Pies
Savory:
Baby Back Ribs
Shrimp Boil with Potatoes and Andouille Sausage
Two Types of Lasagna
Fried Chicken Gravy
Loaded Smashed Potatoes
Whole Lamb on Rotisserie
Show Dad that you care about showing him a good time and making sure that he is well fed…we’ll do the dishes.
