The second annual Sedona Yoga Festival is just around the corner! We are honored to have the following VIP presenters stay at L’Auberge and hold VIP trainings. Below you can read a little about each teacher, as well as view their upcoming schedule for the festival.
It has been said that I bring a lighthearted spirituality to my yoga classes. My personal practice is a spiritual journey towards becoming my highest self. My greatest passion is inspiring others to go inward and find a connection to their soul through the practice of yoga. My background is Anatomy & Physiology and love to incorporate it into my power/flow classes. My workshops are about inspiring others to take their practice to the next level with mindfulness and a deeper understanding of the human body. Can’t wait to learn and share with you! PeaceLoveKindness
