Exquisite Dining in an Unmatched Location
L’Auberge de Sedona’s dining offerings on the banks of Oak Creek are a destination of their own, having won recognition as “One of the Top Ten Restaurants in the Southwest” by Condé Nast Traveler, and most recently one of the “Top 100 Al Fresco Dining” spots in the U.S. by OpenTable. The recent result of a multi-million dollar summer 2015 renewal, L’Auberge de Sedona recently unveiled a complete renovation of the resort’s already-renowned two creekside dining destinations to introduce brand-new culinary concepts fueled by a new, state-of-the-art kitchen. New restaurants, Cress on Oak Creek and Etch Kitchen & Bar, were designed to infuse and fill every culinary experience with the sights and sounds of Oak Creek.
Located outdoors, just steps above the creek banks, Cress is an unmatched fine-dining experience featuring a constantly evolving, prix fixe dinner menu showcasing creative and refined fare. Driven by Executive Chef Rochelle Daniel, the menu is infused with unique ingredients foraged from the property’s rich natural environment.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Etch Kitchen & Bar offers approachable cuisine and an expert-curated beverage list, served in an artistically designed setting aimed at bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside the restaurant and bar. Both restaurants offer both indoor and outdoor seating, as weather permits. Menu items change seasonally depending on the harvest and many of the ingredients are locally sourced by the onsite culinary team. In the winter, the menu features wild game, imported truffles and artisan cheeses. In spring, summer and fall, the outside patio comes to life, and the menu features seasonal vegetables and herbs, with a focus on locally grown products and ingredients.
In addition to the two new creekside concepts, L’Auberge de Sedona recently introduced 89Agave, located just above the resort, along Highway 89A in Uptown Sedona, adding a casual and vibrant alternative to the property’s other newly elevated dining offerings. The new restaurant offers Sonoran-style Mexican food and intriguing Tequila cocktails, in a fun and colorful environment.
