Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that encourages participants to slow down and open their bodies through passive stretching. Unlike more vigorous styles of yoga, restorative yoga involves holding poses for longer durations, typically ranging from five to twenty minutes, with the aid of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This approach allows for deep relaxation and a meditative state, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
