This is a guided, body-based practice that uses rhythmic breathing and intuitive motion to help the nervous system release tension, process emotion, and restore natural regulation. Rather than forcing movement or following choreography, guests follow sensation – allowing the body to unwind holding patterns and return to steadiness and clarity. The result is a grounded, present state where you feel more settled, aware, and at home in yourself.
