Yes. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes. All of our therapists are trained to respect and protect your privacy at all times.
Please leave all valuables in your room’s safety deposit box or the secured lockers in the changing rooms. L’Apothecary Spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.
Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a no-show.
For L’Apothecary treatments, check in with the reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you enough time to get your locker assignment, change into your robe, and fill out a short intake form. We suggest you relax for a few minutes before your spa treatment begins. Guests are welcome to arrive up to an hour before their treatment to enjoy the relaxing environment, with access to the pool and hot tub adjacent to the spa, as well as the spa’s steam experiences – female guests have access to a steam room and male guests to a steam shower. Afterward, you may remain for an additional hour to continue unwinding in our serene spaces.
We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service, whirlpools, and heat treatments. Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment. Severe sunburn may prevent you from enjoying a spa treatment.
Automated gratuities of 20% are included with all L’Apothecary treatments.
L’Apothecary Spa can charge spa services to your room account. Guests may also pay with a credit card.
As a courtesy to your fellow guests and our therapists, we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your spa appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation for a full refund. Please note, missed appointments will be charged in full.
