Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions, our massage treatments are customized for your individual needs.

Swedish
Swedish massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that relaxes soft body tissue, alleviates stress and tension, and contributes to a sense of overall well-being. It is lighter in touch and includes long flowing strokes to assist with deep relaxation.

Deep Tissue
Dissolve your aches and strains with firm pressure used and specified techniques. Targeting areas of tension is the focus for this truly effective deep tissue massage. Ideal for guests with issues of chronic tension, who are experienced with massage.

L’Auberge Stretch
The very best of the world’s modalities are choreographed to a single, unique massage that evokes the ultimate rejuvenation. This massage includes a variety of assisted stretching techniques to achieve a greater range of motion and flexibility as well as traditional massage techniques.

Aroma Stone
Warm basalt river rocks line the body and are used as an extension of the hands to create a deep relaxation in this indigenous massage. Enhance your sensory experience with your choice of aromatherapy oil.

Energy Healing Work
A variety of modalities such as Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy are utilized to restore energetic flow and balance of body, mind and spirit. Experience the oneness of being through this holistic approach.

Receive a combination of therapeutic massage with the restorative and healing benefits of energy work to create balance, both emotional and physical. 90 min only

LaserTouchOne Enhancement
The two modalities of the FDA approved LaserTouchOne device has shown to directly stimulate the cells in the body and facilitate its normal repair and healing mechanism, enabling tissue to become healthier and refreshed.
May be performed during any massage service to target problem areas and relieve chronic pain.

Facial Treatments

Advanced Skin Renewal Facial
This results-oriented treatment is customized to address specific skin conditions including hyper-pigmentation, congested skin, fine lines and premature aging. Includes an exfoliating multi-acid or enzyme peel on the face, neck, décolleté and hands to renew the skin, a deep-cleansing massage to promote circulation and a masque to balance and nourish the skin. A heated hand treatment completes the experience.

Organic Facial
Refine your skin with this active, 100% natural, paraben- free facial. These products incorporate some of the latest scientific breakthroughs in organic as well as potent, proven botanicals to refine the skin. The anti-oxidant-rich plant and marine extracts, spirulina and kombucha bring balance to your skin while goji berry, white and green teas, and aloe hydrate your skin. Finally, vitamins and grape stem cells brighten and refine the skin. This facial will help to rapidly improve skin tone, texture, and clarity as well as actively fight free-radical damage and combat the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines associated with aging.

Customized Deep Cleansing Facial
A purifying treatment for any skin type which includes a gentle exfoliating peel to remove dull surface skin cells, a luxurious massage, deep-cleansing masque and botanical extracts to rejuvenate and nourish the skin. A heated hand treatment completes the experience.

Antioxidant Vitamin C Facial
This oxygenating, anti-aging facial utilizes ingredients brimming with antioxidants, including an application of a natural Spirulina Algae rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts, to combat premature aging, disrupt hyper-pigmentation and provide skin with a healthy glow. This facial includes a luxurious massage, a hydrating hand treatment and scalp massage. Skin appearance is smoother and younger looking.

Gentlemen’s Facial
A deep-cleansing, therapeutic facial designed specifically for the special skin care needs of men. Luxurious massage and deep cleansing masque will relax and refine pores while addressing sensitivity and razor burn.

Soothing After-Sun Facial
An aprés sun facial to soothe, hydrate and nourish skin that has been over exposed to the elements. Includes a calming lavender and aloe masque as well as a cooling application of hydrating botanicals to protect skin while calming redness.

Facial Enhancements

Vitamin C Ampoule
This antioxidant treatment, which improves the quality and appearance of the skin, strengthens skin elasticity and helps prevent premature aging caused by UV exposure.

Intensive Repair Ampoule
A healing and soothing treatment for cell rejuvenation. Lending elasticity and firmness to skin tissue, this treatment achieves a visibly smoother and more youthful appearance.

Chitosan Masque with Chamomile
This super soothing alginate peel-off masque hydrates, calms and reduces the appearance of redness. Dramatically improves skin texture, tone and color. Recommended for calming and healing the skin, also soothes irritated or sensitive skin.

Eye Rescue
This intensive eye treatment is designed to diminish fine lines and wrinkles up to 27%. Improves dark circles, and puffiness, and improves clarity for a brighter, more luminescent eye area.

Body Treatments

Lavender Dreams Ultimate Experience
Relax. Dreams of lavender fields kissed by the French sun envelop your senses as you drift on waves of blue. Breathe deep. Inhale the calming and balancing benefits of wild lavender in this completely uplifting and rejuvenating spa experience which includes a two step invigorating full body scrub, a warm wrap with scalp massage and the use of warm rose porfyr stones in a relaxing full body treatment.

Himalayan Salt Glow
Pink Himalayan salt has been long praised for its healing benefits. It is known for stimulating circulation, soothing sore muscles, and removing toxins. This treatment includes a replenishing scrub using the mineral-rich pink salt with your choice of Aromablend therapeutic oil, and a nourishing Shea Butter application.

Adding a wrap to our salt scrub will infuse the nourishment from the Shea Butter into the skin. While you are enjoying this luxurious wrap, your therapist will be melting away your tension with scalp, neck, and foot massage.

Nourishing Sugar Scrub
Natural exfoliants derived from the seeds of the ivory palm plant blended with wild-harvested shea butter and organic cane sugar. This gentle body exfoliation removes dead skin cells and stimulates the skin’s renewal process. Topped off with a rich and emollient Shea and Baobab cream application.

Adding a wrap with this cream application will not only help fight aging, but will help repair skin and rebuild your natural skin defenses. Scalp, neck, and foot massage will be performed while your skin is renewing during this moisturizing wrap.

Based on a written and intuitive evaluation by one of our highly trained teachers you will be taken on a distinctive journey of you, incorporating mind/body and energetic practice. This unique session can focus primarily on the physical, the emotional, or the spiritual, based on your request.

Vinyasa Vortex
Stretch and strengthen with this invigorating and rejuvenating, breath and movement oriented Yoga session! Reconnect to your body, mind, and breath, then release into a bliss-filled relaxation. Some previous Yoga experience recommended, but not required.
