This is followed by the crystal bowl sound session, in which the healer plays the crystal bowls in various patterns. The bowls are moved and often gently place on the abdomen of the participants, allowing for the vibrations to support love and healing. This ceremony closes with a “longtime sunshine” blessing song.

Forest Bathing

Amid the idyllic landscape of L’Auberge, our very own Unity tree is the perfect setting for couples to reconnect with each other. Continuing our focus on connecting with nature, we provide couples interested in renewing their vows a one of a kind memory. As they join together in front of the Unity tree for their vow renewal ceremony, a reconnection within and to each other begins to takes shape. Love Meditation and/or Yoga

Using a variety of partner poses the instructor facilitates the physical connection and often, lots of giggles, from the couple renewing their vows. The session ends with a 30 minute guided meditation focusing on the gratitude each person has for the other and the power of the love they share.
