A Church within the Red Rocks
The Chapel of the Holy Cross is a Roman Catholic church built into the red rocks of Sedona. Certainly, you have passed the chapel if you have driven to Sedona from the Village of Oak Creek. Visitors from all over the world make the chapel a stop when visiting Sedona. Due to Diocesan Policy, they don’t perform liturgical services from the chapel. However, visitors are invited to walk through and admire the architecture, art, and holy presence of the chapel.
From L’Auberge de Sedona, the Chapel of the Holy Cross is a 15-minute drive and can be combined with several other Sedona-specific inspiring stops.
