Shinrin-Yoku / Forest Bathing
A Japanese practice to aid in the deepening of our relationship to nature as a human species. A facilitated process along Oak Creek with the intention to connect with nature in a mindful way; slowing down, opening all of the senses and supporting communication between the participants and Mother Nature. Benefits are said to include reducing blood pressure and blood cortisol levels, increasing the counts of natural killer cells that combat disease, improved sense of vigor and reducing overall stress levels
